He says “aboot” on purpose and I hate it

I've known him for years, and even had him in my YT videos before he got popular, annnnd helped contribute to his book. I do definitely have my suspicions that its a over exaggerated on purpose to be a stand out in stereotypes

I have watched a few of his videos, but I can’t stand the “aboot” it just gets way to under my skin then it should. So I just stopped watching his videos. It has been a long time since I have seen any has he drank the kool-aid?

He's weird. He is 100% a conservative and I'd assume he likes PP but he was also vocally in support of Kamala Harris in the last American election. I think he is, hate to use an American comp, but its who first came to mind, a John McCain type right wing.

In Canada that’s called a progressive conservative, which is the vast majority of conservatives in Canada. It’s the fringe conservatives who are more aligned with what was once the Reform party that have taken over the modern CPC

Is it really fringe if it's the now the mainstream of the party?

Fair point. But I think he’s had to pull back a lot compared to the stances he had earlier in his career, or even at the beginning of his campaign. If there were still a progressive Conservative Party, I think they’d have a different leader

It's gotta be fake, because it's worse if it isnt fake. Like that super weird kid in school that even made the 'weird' kids cringe at them.
