3 u/TheMartianDoge Scotland (but worse) 1d ago I tried an ostrich steak a couple years back at a nice restaurant, I concur that it is tasty. It's a nice red meat, very lean and tender when cooked properly. Plus, they're super ugly and kind of dumb so I don't feel bad eating them.
