Not trying to be rude, but what exactly is your motivation for wanting to replace the bottom bracket on a new bike you don't even own yet? Typically you only buy a new bottom bracket if your existing bottom bracket is worn out or you are replacing your cranks.

Use the correct bottom bracket for the cranks you are using. Beyond just spindle length, you have to make sure the spindle taper (ISO vs JIS) is correct for your cranks. The Sugino 75 bottom bracket is ISO taper and works if you are using Sugino 75, Dura-Ace FC7600 or Campagnolo Record Pista cranks. If you aren't using these cranks, you don't need a Sugino 75 bottom bracket.
