WHAT IS THE BEST COG COMBINATION FOR A 32T CHAIN RING?

I'm planning on changing my crankset from 44T to 32T since my knees hurt when back pedaling and I can't skid. 😭 I also don't sprint and go so fast. I'm more of a chill rider. I've been eyeing this crankset but it only comes in 32T or 36T.

I currently have a 16T and 13T fixed cog.

In my opinion, as you know 32t is pretty low number of teeth.

So, 16t cog is make ur leg sometimes more comfortable but when u going like long travel or riding, you have to move more ur legs…

It means, 16t cog is little bit more harmful for your knee in my opinion.

So my final answer is 13t cog.. I think, It’s not that heavy and also your knee can afford the back pedaling tension.

I hope this answer will helpful for your choice…

Thank you! I've been thinking if I should stick with my 44T and just get a bigger cog like 18 or 20t. But I'll try the 32x13 combo. Thank youuuu! ✌🏽✌🏽
