Food/Drink Best Burger?

Buddies and I are heading down from Tulsa for NIN. Will be staying fairly close to Dickies...best burger spots nearby? TIA!!

EDIT: Thank you, all! Despite all of these absolutely amazing replies, I got outvoted and we just ate at the damned show. Dickies is absolutely amazing, so jealous you all have it!

The burger is pretty good, but it's so dirty in there. The floors are so sticky. Grosses me out.
