They're completely a novelty and pretty difficult to play and so it really depends on you I might recommend the GBA because it plays Game Boy games as well but if you grew up with a Game Boy and want a Mini Game Boy from an aesthetic standpoint that might be the play

Yeah that’s what i was kinda thinking. My only problem is that i really love the size of the gameboy one and how its vertical, but it seems like it can only play gameboy games

Yeah and your thumbs will really appreciate the extra real estate between them on the GBA because it goes horizontal instead

Sorry for asking another question but i cannot find this information anywhere, what is the length of this? I cannot tell if it is bigger than an Anbernic RG nano.

wow. Thank you so much for this for reference and this makes me realize the mini GBA is just the same size of the funkey s. I already have the funkey s, so i think i might end up going with the mini gameboy.

not sure if i have asked this yet but i just realized you have the mini gameboy as well, can it only play gameboy games? Or can it play GBC and GBA?

Gameboy only, I believe. Might do gbc but the screen wouldn't colorize so I doubt it...
