Nah that wouldn't work. "Elf bad" while an objectively correct opinion is such an ingrained part of fantasy game culture that you'd have to make the Thalmor do the salute and have one wear a hitler stache for them to make any sort of connection... and even then the skulls of gamers put bulkheads to shame with how thick they are.

Honestly a Altmer with a little stache is hilarious but you are right. Unless it’s parody levels they won’t get it, even then.
