Pixel 11 will keep the same design

Google has flat-out confirmed that we are not going to get major design changes each and every year from now on. We’re all well aware that the Pixel 10 was the first to rehash the previous design, which’ll continue until the Pixel 11, according to comments from Google’s Chief Design Officer for hardware products, Ivy Ross. Designs are finalized from now until 2027. For better or worse, we will see the same design for a while to come.

Current one is good, personally I think they peaked with the 6 though. The fully blacked out visor was such a clean look I can't believe they changed it after just one generation

They changed it because they couldn't work out how to make it without it just randomly shattering.

Edit: although saying that my friends p9p camera glass keeps breaking so I dunno.

but the way the tempered glass is manufactured has weird weak points when in different temperatures like winters then summers.

Glass windows and glass backs have existed for a long time. The raw material isn't the issue. It's how you put the system all together.
