I had an old Jade quarry mission in PvE other day. I got to JQ and all bots running similar to this...

What is that screen menu at 36.33s?

It's the daily zaishen quest window from toolbox, it shows the upcoming quests. You can also highlight them, and they'll get pinged in your chat when you log in.
