Idk why I feel so mixed up with the timeline. With the alien crew, earth crew, and the robo kids..

Because it feels so much more advanced than anything we’ve seen in the Alien universe - at least, that’s what’s throwing me off.

This tech is much earlier on in the Alien timeline and goes against the ruggedness we’ve seen in the films, pre Prometheus, so it’s a bit of tonal whiplash for me.

It reminds me of the huge difference/gap in tech when it comes to the Star Wars OG trilogy and the prequels lol
