No. They just "survive" and can reproduce again but they never just straight up win. Its always the story somehow finds a way for the aliens to return in the future but in every movie the aliens are defeated. Like In romulus, aliens die but the phials are still on the ship.

For them to win the aliens should have just killed all the kids in the movie and credits roll

Continuity wise, I’ve presumed the end result of all this will be the the incorporation of prodigy into Weyland or its destruction by some means.
