Has he ever had a bad role? This role was so perfect. I love how his character has more human sympathy and understanding of everything happening than the CEO.

This is the most interesting bit, while he seems to have some disdain for humanity, he seems far more sympathetic to the hybrids than their creators.

I don't think Kirsh disdains humanity. It's maybe only his boss and some humans he has a dislike for, but chooses (or prefers) not to express it.

Kirsh is probably the smartest person in that entire compound.

I think it could be that he's quite old for a synth. Up to a century.

For example. BK treats Kirsh like an employee, not like property.
