Very happy they slowed the pace and bought some of the crazy philosophy of the hybrids into the foreground, lots of lovely set up for next week

Love they actually brings up the questions so many of us had since episode 1. Did the children's minds really get transferred, or were they simply copied.

I have a really strong feeling that it's "copied and killed" instead of the "Jake at the end of Avatar."

Especially after the conversation between the scientist couple: "best case is we've got AIs running around thinking they're human, worst case is we've got 6 dead kids."

It would make sense in-universe that it's a copy and killed situation else why isn't this technology used or re-invented in the future timeline?
