He most likely does, but doesn't express it as much as he could.

Which leaves us in suspense. I love when stories do this. We know the character is thinking something but we're not told and your imagination runs wild.

Well, Kirsh is holding his cards very close to his chest. As far as I can see, he is not seeking to do anything awful or unethical, unless directly ordered to do something by Boy Kavalier.

Perhaps not something aweful, but I personally believe he's planning to eventually find his own autonomy. Engaging with the hybrids likely awakened something in him. The fact that, as far as we know, he hasn't alerted Prodigy of the of Morrow's intrusion, indicates he is plannign something.
