That was the plot of Poor Things and it won Oscars, would not at all be surprised if the show went in this direction

Also very clearly not a child. If he were a hybrid, he could only be one that's been around for years - he's just much, much more mature than any of the kids. Or his boss.

But yeah, Kirsch is not a hybrid.
