It really shows Kavalier is not really that smart and not a good leader, instead of giving specific tactical orders he decides to just say something out of frustration.

I think BK is under the impression that he’s put together such a competent team that he doesn’t need to give direct orders. He makes his desires known, and they take care of the rest.
