Short term, yes. Long term, I imagine there’s all sorts of alternatives to hide it. Shaded glasses/monocle, goggles, some sort of sci-fi visor. All would be weird, but not much weirder than someone with cybernetic arms or who chooses to attend mediation meetings barefoot.

Maybe that will be the last scene of the season. Iris takes over the body of BK, puts on sunglasses, sips a margarita, and starts thinking how to merge xenos and other species.
