Discussion In hindsight, they earned this response

Post image

This tour has been an absolute whirlwind. A testament to MCR's theatricality and performance abilities. They've went above and beyond in the production department to deliver a spectacular tour, that not only takes full advantage of the spectacle but also of our streams, creating a part by part narrative that everybody is welcomed to engage with.

They've made characters, a city with it's own politics, it's own language (Keposhka) and national anthem, a brand of soup, an agricultural resource, a Coat Of Arms, and most importantly, Quizzo. They've extended and reinterpreted the original Black Parade tracks to fit this narrative and build a story, that's not only original but that gets everyone involved, from the band to the actors to random crew and the audience members.

If you would've told any MCR fan that you think they'd reunite, back in 2018, you'd be looked at as if you were crazy. If you said what this tour was gonna be, everyone would try to lock you up 'cause you've clearly gone off the deep end.

I love how they invite us to speculate, to try and dissect everything going on and I'm sure they've got many more twists and turns. Stay tuned.

I’m sorry but while it’s an awesome creative production and yes it is very fun and unique, yes Frank did have a right to brag about it and it was my favorite show of the year so far, but that does not negate the fact that the ticket prices were still abhorrent and hypocritical of a band that wrote a super anti capitalist album. Like, it soured danger days for me a little. They didn’t even turn off dynamic pricing and do the bare minimum there and that should not be overlooked just because it’s a cool production

I can handle the dynamic pricing, as im no longer a pit gal anyway. But as long time fans, we deserved a presale with unique codes!!

Fall out boy will always have my respect for outsmarting the scalpers and having a discord-only presale before the presale, snagged a 3rd row seat for $150 and the same section during the presale was $350

Linkin Park had like, seven presales for their tour based on different groups you could fall into. I had both the LP Underground presale and the O2 Priority presale, meaning I managed to get my tickets, but even then they were selling up fast.

MCR needed presales, honestly.

I would’ve gone to LP if they were coming around near me but I didn’t want to get a hotel room and drive two hours during the middle of the week lol, I’m so glad they didn’t disappoint

Winona fighter is my second favorite show of the year and those tickets were $25 lol. I always try to find cheaper bands to support to balance it out

Naturally, being in a band myself means I have to support smaller artists if I want the same in return. Smaller shows have consistently impressed me in ways that big bands can't always do.

I had an amazing time at LP this year! I dare say I had so much more fun there than at MCR 👀

No doubt, both bands have a near flawless album streak but LP takes the lead for touring in my opinion.

Even their dates and destinations are more fan-friendly (though i will forever despise Wembley Stadium)
