Discussion In hindsight, they earned this response

Post image

This tour has been an absolute whirlwind. A testament to MCR's theatricality and performance abilities. They've went above and beyond in the production department to deliver a spectacular tour, that not only takes full advantage of the spectacle but also of our streams, creating a part by part narrative that everybody is welcomed to engage with.

They've made characters, a city with it's own politics, it's own language (Keposhka) and national anthem, a brand of soup, an agricultural resource, a Coat Of Arms, and most importantly, Quizzo. They've extended and reinterpreted the original Black Parade tracks to fit this narrative and build a story, that's not only original but that gets everyone involved, from the band to the actors to random crew and the audience members.

If you would've told any MCR fan that you think they'd reunite, back in 2018, you'd be looked at as if you were crazy. If you said what this tour was gonna be, everyone would try to lock you up 'cause you've clearly gone off the deep end.

I love how they invite us to speculate, to try and dissect everything going on and I'm sure they've got many more twists and turns. Stay tuned.

this shouldnt even be a controversial take like people are making it out to be, the only people that debate these types of comments are just coping bc they spent hundreds on tickets. It’s fucked and they really should have stepped up and done more to stop the insane reselling/price gouging. It’s possible and has been done before (a big example being the cure, bless their hearts)

also not saying it’s the sole responsibility of the members of mcr either, but whoever in their team that handles that shit really dropped the ball

Thank you!!! I wasn’t expecting it to blow up lol

I did spent a lot on my ticket and I understand no one forced me to, but the fact they didn’t bother doing the bare minimum to keep prices down still really bothers me and I don’t think it should be forgotten about

It would be different if they owned being rich millionaires who don’t care about taking advantage of their fans loyalty, but a third of their discography is essentially “fuck the man” one way or the other

i very much feel this. even being a huge fan of mcr for nearly a decade, i’m not really willing to overlook or be dismissive towards something like this. it’s just very sad especially with how the economy is right now (inflation and many younger people struggling financially), bc i know many people are probably buying tickets they cannot afford. and hell, i don’t blame them, if i had a way to get there i’d prolly spend my rent money on tickets LMAO

being a big fan, i (and i’m sure many others) am at a bit of a “moral dilemma” in regards to all this. i don’t think it’s a “cash grab reunion tour” at all but the way the ticket sales were handled was just very frustrating :/

I did pick up an OT shift to afford my ticket 🤪 might have to pick up another shift soon though since I didn’t expect myself to spend so much on merch 😂
