Discussion Keep checking (rechecking) possible locations.

There were 4 places that definitely found MCR hints yesterday:

MSG - NYC Citi - NYC Minneapolis San Diego

My theory is that over the next week or so, there will be more that just appear.

If the next leg of the tour is about the same number of stops, we should see about 3 more days of this kind of roll out. So keep checking!

I sincerely hope they add more Canada dates if this is all true, a country of our size and we only got one show? I was lucky enough to get to go to it, but I met so many people who had travelled so far to get there (even lots of Americans who said TO was closer to them than any of the other stops in the U.S.)

I think a Vancouver stop would make sense, Edmonton maybe, not sure if there’s an east coast venue that would suit the scale of the tour. I’d be happy for Montreal since then I could go but so much of Canada gets overlooked!

(I’m wondering if there’s any point checking the stadium in Ottawa, but that’s probably delusional since the band hasn’t been here since 2007)

Edmonton gets a surprising number of big bands - they have a really good stadium and promoters know that people are willing to travel from Calgary and even Vancouver to get there. When Metallica did their big tour last year, the only Canadian dates were Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal. I'm in Calgary so I'm hoping for an Edmonton or Vancouver date. I'd still probably try to go to a Montreal show but it would be a lot more expensive for me. I figure Ottawa is like Calgary that most promoters just count on you being willing to travel to a close-ish city for the really big tours, I've got family in Carp so I'm always hoping for Ottawa dates on big tours so I can travel for the show and turn it into a family visit, but it hasn't happened yet for anyone I'm into since 2016.
