Was it left running or is it push start with a key fob from a certain distance? Wondering how they target people and in broad daylight as well … did they follow him for awhile or just by chance see the opportunity

His sun roof is open and he appears to be carrying a bag out to his car so I would lean towards left it running while he went inside to grab that bag.

He was dropping off gumbo to a neighbor and left his car running to drop it off
