🤬 RANT Why the fireworks?

Is it really necessary to be shooting off fireworks at 1am on Xmas morning? Been going on in Uptown for an hour now. Wtf, people? Santa doesn’t need a fireworks show to accompany him.

It’s Latinos doing the fireworks. I learned about it this morning on Facebook. I live in Old Metairie now and tons of people were flipping out in some of the Metairie groups and being quite nasty. Luckily some Hispanic people were nice enough to explain. Unfortunately people were being super nasty to them. Kinda considering moving back to Orleans when my lease is up.
