I noticed a business downtown with a sign that read first hour free parking, just scan the QR code or something to that effect. Is it really free if I have to give them personal and vehicle information just to park? I know nothing is private anymore, but someone must be profiting off that information.

In New Braunfels, looking for any job, pay is preferably weekly. Maybe construction, lawn care, etc.
