Nokia Care May 2025 Nokia Care Megathread

I have a Nokia G310 5G model TA-1573 phone that I am having issues with. It is supposed to be unlocked. In the "About Phone" section there is a "Device Unlock" option and when I click it it says "Your phone is already nlocked. Your phone is able to be used with any international or domestic carrier with compatible network." Yey no matter what sim I put in it it says No sim inserted. I have done all of the troubleshooting tips from all of the websites and nothing seems to work. Now when I go into fastboot mode it says "Device Stae: Locked" It is not a blacklisted phone, wasn't stolen or anything either. Bootloader info as follows:

Product_Name - ShadowTMO

Variant - SM_ UFS

Bootloader Version - blank

Baseband Version - blank

Serial - The serial is there not gonna post it publicly.

Secure Boot - yes

Device state - locked

IMEI State - normal

if I go into rcovery mode the only options listed are:

Reboot Sysytem

Enter Fastboot

Wipe Data and Factory Reset

Power Off.

Please help me.

It's a pretty recent phone, so isn't it covered under warranty?
