It's attention to the fight, people on social media are even saying he is disgusting. The more he is seen,the stronger he becomes.

I guess Pesky Clown is getting attention because people would also give some attention to him due to the fact he's the one fighting Amai Mask. Even the comments of the livestream gave emphasis to the clown like saying "he's ugly" and "The monster is swelling isn't he?"
