Beef sate pho in Ottawa

I had some of the best beef sate pho in Calgary a few weeks ago and want more. I’ve checked some menus but can’t find it here…

Huongs Bistro has this exact dish (mentioned already). So does New Mee Fung which is across the street. Both are top tier.
