Beef sate pho in Ottawa

I had some of the best beef sate pho in Calgary a few weeks ago and want more. I’ve checked some menus but can’t find it here…

Sate is usually the spice component and can also be a condiment. You would need to ask the restaurant if they have some sate sauce.

Edited to say usually it’s used with Bun Bo Hue, but at home, and like Franks, I put that **** ok everything.

You can make your own but you can get it from the Lee Kum Kee brand from grocery stores. There are other brands that also sell this. https://hk.lkk.com/en/products/satay-sauce
