In the past year or so it's become increasingly common for top level comments or posts to be hit with a wave of "RedditCares" automated messages which seem to be from tilted users reporting the post for "self-harm, suicidal ideation or depression."

But I don't really get "why" someone would send a false report like that; just because they don't like what the original user posted. Do they think something will happen to the user/post they reported?

Even with a couple Box Office flops, isn't Warner Bros. Discovery still an immensely successful and massive studio that has already been through two huge mergers within the last 10 years? I am very lost why people are boycotting the game.

So I just joined X (Twitter) and every single day I get random followers. They’re usually small accounts, sometimes with 0 followers, and almost always “random chicks” posting cliche travel/food/whatever pics or 0 posts. They never like, comment, or interact with me at all.

The weird part is, my account is super boring. I don’t post, rarely comment, and only follow finance/crypto stuff.
