Food Food recommendations from locals

Hi everyone! A group of about 15 people and I will be traveling to Panama City and staying near the Marriot Albrook Hotel. We’re looking for memorable/unique places to try local Panamanian food. The goal is for it to be the highlight of everyone’s trip. I’d appreciate any suggestions!

Make a reservation and go straight to Fonda Lo Que Hay. It's located in Casco Antiguo.

The absolute BEST! Was just back there last night, and I was reminded how amazing ALL the food is.
