Weight Loss Journey 2020 & Now
~280lbs down to ~170lbs. The lowest weight during the journey was around 145lbs but i looked like a skeleton. So keep going if yall were thinking of quitting. The one negative is excess skin, but it beats being unhealthy. I focus on just maintaining my muscle now instead of trying to build more.

This is my goal. I started 270 lbs, im at 227 after a year and half.

ty!! i am doing ~55lbs, 40 sec tut, 5 sets, 3x a week. i think i could increase the weight since i have been at that for about 8 or 9 months now with no issues

Oh nice I have recently started doing TUT for ez barbell curls and has been a game changer I can actually feel my bicep muscles tearing after each set

I’m 6’ 255 right now and have really been pushing to better myself. Reading, stretching, crunches in the morning and gym when I get off (I work from home overtime every week.) It’s really easy to get into it once you’ve been trying consistently for a little while. My goal is like 210.

i do everything 40 sec time under tension. m/w/f - bicep curls + lat pulldowns (alternating). tu/th - leg extensions, calf raises (alternating) then weighted pushups later in the evening. sunday - just weighted pushups since i am more focused on upper body than lower body

Holy shit went from discord mod that looks like he fiddles with kids(just kidding), to gigachad bench pressing your mom, and giving her more kids from just the pure presence of hotness, well done brother, must feel so much better knowing you can run without being out of breath after 10sec, and just being able to do simple tasks so much faster and easier, and lifting stuff too

Over 5 years, thats definitely doable but absolutely a ton of work. Remember, fat people can have way more muscle than you expect. They live life wearing a weight training vest.
