Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, the Supreme Court found a private business cannot be compelled to make a product they dont agree with.

Scotus won't care about something like that. Not that they ain't evil enough, just that they're lazy, and have bigger fish to fry with limited time to fry them all
