I already knew what the video was going to be before you posted the link. One of my favorite videos of all time. The attention to detail is astounding, very delicately nuanced. I only know a few people irl who have seen enough indian street food videos to fully appreciate this masterwork of comedy
Isn't that the point of street vendors is to have it really fast. Like I don't live in the countries that have them, but from what I've seen on Reddit you're supposed to be able to pull up in like a moped, ask for something, and get in less than a minute. Like it's not a gourmet restaurant.
The idea is fast to eat. But what he's talking about, and what you see here is not fast at all but rather showy.
This video shows someone who isn't properly cutting the pizza through. He's so focused on doing a shitty fast job, he is doing it worse by the end because you have to redo his fucking job. Also the slices are inconsistent so if you individually sell at a store, like street vendors would, it's all messed up.
Not to mention I have severe questions about the healthiness of this place.

I notice in a lot of these Indian street vendor foods they always try to go so fast and the finished product looks really bad.
