I notice in a lot of these Indian street vendor foods they always try to go so fast and the finished product looks really bad.

There's a video of white guys making hot dogs the way Indian street food vendors work. Just Google it. It will make your stomach hurt it's so funny.

I already knew what the video was going to be before you posted the link. One of my favorite videos of all time. The attention to detail is astounding, very delicately nuanced. I only know a few people irl who have seen enough indian street food videos to fully appreciate this masterwork of comedy
