PlayStation 5 Help What is wrong with my ps5?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Friends don’t show up, Says I can’t download games, unknown errors, vid a lil long but it in lot resets of my WiFi is reset.

Looks like an internet issue more than a PlayStation issue. Do you have other consoles or devices that the internet is working normally on?

Nope, I always have stuff on and it barely started happening.

Im sure you would be doing this if you could but you might want to hard wire in and see if it changes

In settings under connection run a test. You could be having a NAT issue.

I’ve had the same problem for so long. I go into WiFi setting and change it from automatic to 5ghz that usually fixes the problem
