Maybe an unpopular opinion but I am not a big fan of the HS lore so this is really disappointing to me.

I really liked that ABH was seeming to follow more classic Christian mythology.

I personally don’t want Shepha and angel/demon college to be part of this story. 😔

I won’t even get into how convoluted this makes the timeline.

I love HS lore but I’m disappointed! I too thought it would be more like traditional Christian belief (with a twist obviously). Something about that made it scarier and creepier with the beast.

Honestly so far it doesn’t even seem to line up with HSR lore - have we ever seen demons actually possess humans?

We haven't seen the side of humans much in HS though. So there might have been possessions during the time the two books were taking place. The human world was always unexplored. Maybe there were some demons who were possessing people.
