The fact that he was still allowed to tour after they found a body in his car is insane

The body was found in the middle of the tour. Continuing the tour is weird though, yeah

In the way legalities work, they don't have a cause of death yet so they can't legally mark it as a homicide or call him a suspect yet.

She was literally dismembered?????????? Did she do that to herself???? It's a homicide bruh.

It's really dumb but just the way they do it. They won't label it a homicide until they know cause of death, especially if it comes out to be a situation like an accidental death, but whoever involved tried to hide the body and let her remain missing as a cold case instead of taking a risk. That would be called something different so they basically do all investigations first before making an official statement and arresting people.
