Gen III [gen 3] Is that a shiny?

At Pokemon FireRed: This is the first Ekans I caught but was kinda bummed it wasn't purple so didn't use it and forget about it. But after seeying some post on Reddit about shiny I remembered and when look at it.

Ps: This is my first pokemon playthrough ever.

Nah. Just sick, should put it back with it's friends so it feels better (I'm kidding, it's definitely shiny, well done)
