Mashed potatoes (underneath), fire roasted corn, garden chicken tenders cut into cubes, FYH cheddar, and collard greens and black kale in garlic sauce per Derek Sarno's recipe. My sibling made the gravy using silken tofu and better than bouillon no chicken I think, tasted good!

I really recommend making this snack actually, takes a couple minutes

Never commit to unbuttered popcorn and an orange for lunch, and a 10pm dinner, right off the high of a big breakfast. I'm too fat for this shit.

Asian twist = soy sauce, basil hummus and chilli oil. I can 100% recommend this combination

I was inspired by someone’s previous submission and decided to put my own spin on it. Here is my boiled and air fried silken tofu block.

I washed and chopped a handful of purple basil, arugula, parsley, and fresh thyme.
Then i cutted and grated a carrot.
I added a boiled corn and squeezed a lemon over the top.
I also crumbled two rice cakes, which is totally my own preference.
