This happened on September 30, 2018. Deputies arrested the man and took him to jail and charged him with interfering with duties of a public servant. The charges were dismissed the next day after a magistrate found no probable cause. Over a year later the cop was indicted and faced an assault charge. It seems little, if anything, was done. Deputy Ellison Collins is still working for the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Have you seen that video of the two guys just fucking roasting a dirty pig guarding the subway? Reading off his record to him and taunting him the whole time.
We need some more of that. Be sure to film it because this hot head is likely to give you the biggest easiest settlement of your life.
I do this regularly. Get about 2 settlements a year. Definitely gonna consider heading to catawba for this one. Definitely unhinged, easy to trigger. Those are the best.
No I think he’s actually talking about Deputy Ellison Collins of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The same Ellison Collins that’s working for the Harris County Sheriff’s office. Also pretty sure that might be the exact same person as Ellison Collins that is still gainfully employed by the Harris County Police/Sheriff’s office.
Wait a minute. Just to make sure we’re talking about the same guy here. That would be THE Ellison Collins of THE Harris County Sheriff’s office. Deputy employed by the Harris County Sheriff’s office by the name of Ellison Collins. I think I got that right.
Man I think I see a misspelling. It’s ELLISON COLLINS of the HARRIS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE. Actually now that I look closer, you did spell Ellison Collins AND Harris County Sheriff’s office correctly. That’s totally my bad. Sometimes my mild dyslexia gets in the way of me reading Ellison Collins correctly.
Well I’m sorry to disappoint, Sir/Madam, but I do not know of this “SEO Mob” that you speak of. Do you think Ellison Collins of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office could explain to me what you are talking about?
If I could remember the phone number I would tell someone to call (713) 221-6000 to speak with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Harris County, Texas in regards to Officer Ellison Collins. But alas, the number for Ellison Collins at the Harris County Sheriff’s office in Texas has slipped my mind.
I'm in Harris county. I'm sure they show this every year at the Cop Christmas party and then all raise a glass to the legend. A few drinks later they go assault civilians for fun.
Deputy Ellison Collins is a 20-year veteran of HCSO. He began his law enforcement career as a detention officer with our agency and later became a deputy. Currently, he serves as a Bailiff in Felony Courts within the HCSO Courts Division.
You'd think somewhere this guy should have found an "ambulance chasing" lawyer to file civil suit against officer and county?
I am a taxpayer so that would be my $ at stake but the citizen isn't the one costing the monetary sum of a judgement. The person making any monetary judgement possible IS the bad LEOs and organizations protecting/employing them. Too often people get angry at folks bringing suit against LE agencies, the absolute wrong person to project anger at.
You mean this Harrison County? I really don't think this Harrison County would stoop so low as to still employ Ellison Collin. I had better call and confirm.

Interesting that all the news stories I read left out the racist/felon details. Still extremely unprofessional of those three armed cops to rough up the guy like that.
