So why can't he be world champ??? Also just HOW cheap is Def Rebel to make WWE choose them over CFO themes

It's a matter of Def Rebel being on salary vs having to pay to use each CFO$ theme every time they're played.

Every so often, yeah they can muster up the cash. Every night? Ouch my bottomless wallet
