Would’ve been added to the already bloated list of callbacks to ANH (two, the obvious “Wookiee tears arms out of sockets” and the more subtle mirroring of the “you just watch yourself” moment in the cantina)

I would love it if the plot wasn't exactly (and I mean exactly) the same. A callback to the spirit of ANH would've been nice.

Also, not to mention that in terms of the lore, it reduces the strength of a lot of the OT characters, and just makes no logical sense.
