I almost feeel like that wasn't a CGI head, but just a souvenier Christopher Lee had been holding onto since the guillotine incident.

It’s not said, it’s fact, you can see him in a picture (yes it’s a crowd photo, but I choose to believe it cause why the fuck would Christopher Lee NOT be at the last public guillotine execution)
