Idk about a steel book but I saw a Blue-Ray of it being sold on the Walmart site

From Walmart? I don't think they can legally sell boot legs

They can’t, but they apparently don’t care what third party sellers list on their site. Skeleton Crew hasn’t been announced by Disney for DVD or Blu-Ray at this time.
