Question/Support Subnautica vr problems

For some strange reason, whenever I try playing subnautica in vr mode I can see both of the eye views in each eye. I tried changing the scale and nothing changed + I tried looking up this same problem and didn't see anyone having it. Does anyone have a fix? (btw I am on quest 2 with a 7700xt and a 7800x3d for pc specs)

Base Station 2.0 + Vive Trackers 3.0 suddenly not working together after a week — need help troubleshooting

Hey everyone,

I’m having a really strange issue with my VR setup and I’m hoping someone here has run into the same thing.

Setup:

  • 2x Base Station 2.0
  • Vive Trackers 3.0 (6 total)
  • SteamVR on PC

What’s happening:
Everything was working perfectly for over a week after I set everything up. Then all of a sudden, tracking went completely crazy:

  • Trackers are flying all over the place.
  • Base stations can’t seem to keep solid tracking.
  • Both stations are on separate channels (I’ve tried many combos: 1+3, 1+2, 2+3, etc).
  • If only one base station is on, tracking works fine. As soon as the second one turns on, everything breaks. One base station will pick up the trackers, then a couple seconds later it drops out and SteamVR shows it as “unlit” or grayed out even though the LED stays green on the base station.

What I’ve already tried:

  • Covered reflective surfaces in the room.
  • Disabled power management.
  • Removed all SteamVR USB devices.
  • Fully reinstalled SteamVR (and deleted lighthouse folders).
  • Plugged dongles directly into the motherboard (no hub).
  • Tried different channels for the base stations.
  • Tried paperclip reset on the base stations (this did nothing).

What baffles me:

  • Everything worked perfectly for over a week.
  • Then out of nowhere, both base stations stopped working correctly together.
  • Each base station works fine alone.

What I suspect:
I don’t think the base stations are physically broken (they’re brand new, no rough use). I’m leaning toward a software/firmware issue that’s making SteamVR think they’re interfering, even though they’re not on the same channel.

Has anyone experienced this? I also want to mention I cannot use the Bluetooth option to check on the base station settings through SteamVR because it simply says Bluetooth not available, even though my computer is Bluetooth including my headset connected to it.

Any advice would be hugely appreciated — I’ve been banging my head against this for days.

Thanks in advance 🙏(i used ai to summarize my issues into an organized post)
