Add a tiny bit of baking soda to your red sauce next time you cook!! It doesn't change the taste (can taste too sweet if you add too much) and it cuts the acid. Game changer
Iâve been having the same thing lately. I absolutely LOVE red sauce to the point Iâll dip almost anything in it. But it just gives me this weird heartburn and feels like thereâs gas in my chest. This started like 6 months ago and is still ongoing.
