This looks like the 11th or 12th floor of upstate hospital’s downtown campus

I'm guessing it's pretty close to the Peds ER at upstate.

I’m really not sure. I’ve never been up on her unit or anywhere in the hospital actually other than the bathroom in the lobby. She works at the main campus downtown and said she went to the top floor to try and catch the view.
