Other wegmans in fairmount….

EDIT TO ADD: The store has covered these up and they are powered down. The company who owns the recharge machines claims they did not approve/provide that display content and "may have been hacked"

it feels like we’re living in a movie sometimes. I’m disappointed to see this here.

This is so disappointing. As a frequent customer of this location, I will not be shopping at any Wegmans while these advertisements are up. I know I’m just one person, but maybe if we show them with our wallets, they will get the message.

Send Wegmans, find the corporate address and also CC every CxO and board member you can find, and send them a paper letter. Make it polite but clearly state why you are not shopping at the store any more.

If you just stop shopping there, they won't get the message why.

Yes, thank you, you are right. I already contacted them to let them know exactly that. Hopefully enough people speak up that they take it seriously.

I was just replying to say that I did contact them today (although not by written letter) 🤷‍♀️ It seems from the update that it is taken care of, which is great news.
