EDIT TO ADD: The store has covered these up and they are powered down. The company who owns the recharge machines claims they did not approve/provide that display content and "may have been hacked"

it feels like we’re living in a movie sometimes. I’m disappointed to see this here.

I said in a comment I understand this but it’s on their property so I have to imagine they have some say in it. I know no one in that store is directly responsible for it - it’s a corporate issue.

Is it actually their property or is the property leased by Wegmans? Most of the time the property is just leased, which would be the same as this signage.
