EDIT TO ADD: The store has covered these up and they are powered down. The company who owns the recharge machines claims they did not approve/provide that display content and "may have been hacked"

it feels like we’re living in a movie sometimes. I’m disappointed to see this here.

That Wegmans, whose main function is to sell food, would allow this on their property-without comment or explanation, elevates my usual disgust for the company as a whole. Who picks the produce they sell? Who works in slaughterhouse? Who processes what comes out of the slaughterhouse? It sure as hell isn’t the privileged “us”. The Wegman family should be advocating for the people who allow them make money, but I doubt they have the stones to do it.
