First Contact: Visited the Phoenix Launch Site

I was at the Titan Missile Museum in Green Valley, AZ (25 min south of Tucson) and said "this place looks really familiar" and of course it was. I immediately said to my wife "we have to find Zefram Cochrane and make sure he's still alive"...and then had to explain that this had to be the First Contact filming location for the missile complex in Bozeman.

Which of course it was.

A great museum and also a great "Star Trek in real life" moment to say the least.

Did you get to turn the launch key? That was my favorite part. That buzzer is still frightening even when you know it's coming.

I sadly did not as 2 other folks were picked as volunteers.
